Top to bottom is the order you apply it. Anything marked ×2 goes on twice — plan the quantity for both coats, not one.

Two-part epoxy bond coat. 75:25 by weight.

Coarse or Smooth finish coat.

Sealer
Two-part polyurethane top coat. 83:17 by weight.
Primer and Sealer are both two-part. Weigh them, do not eyeball it.
