Microvella Fill Coat WA (Wet Areas)

Fill Coat WA is an optional step for coarse finishes in wet areas, including showers. It fills the surface pores so the finish wipes clean instead of catching dirt. If your microcement came out smooth, you don't need it.

Two parts. Mix Part A and Part B at 60:40 by weight with a low speed drill and paddle at 300 to 500 rpm for about 3 minutes, until fully blended. Trowel it on over your cured microcement, then seal as usual. Fill Coat does not replace your sealer coats.

Use on: coarse texture in wet areas, before sealer.

Coverage: 225 sq ft per kit, one coat. Coverage varies with texture and application thickness.

Kit contents: Part A 6.83 lb (3.1 kg) plus Part B 4.19 lb (1.9 kg). Apply between 41F and 77F.
