Sealer is the final protective layer of the system. It locks in the finish and protects the surface from moisture, staining, and wear.

Apply evenly according to system instructions, allowing proper dry time between coats. Layer with 2 coats roll in both directions.

Once cured, the surface is ready for use.

Two component transparent, satin-matt polyurethane sealant.

Coverage: 650 sq ft on the first coat, 750 sq ft on the second. Recoat once dry; cures in 2 hours. Coverage varies based on substrate and application thickness.

How to apply

5 steps

  1. 1

    Sand the surface

    Lightly sand the microcement layer before sealing.

  2. 2

    Remove all dust

    Wipe clean with a dry microfiber cloth or mop.

  3. 3

    Add all of Part B

    Full container: add the entire Part B bottle. Mixing less than the full kit? Use the 83:17 ratio — the calculator below works it out.

  4. 4

    Roll on evenly

    Even coat, no heavy areas, puddles or roller lines. Back roll in both directions.

  5. 5

    Let dry and recoat

    2 hours, then apply the second coat.

How much sealer do I need?

Ratio is 83:17 by weight — always weigh, never eyeball. One kit is 5.00 kg (Part A 4.15 kg, Part B 0.85 kg). Sealer goes on twice. Ounces here are scale ounces; the millilitres are there if you would rather pour.

Coarse is the base texture. Medium sits in between. Smooth goes further and covers more per pail.

Pail size

For build coat and microcement. A 2.5-gallon pail covers half as much. It suits small jobs, but costs more per sq ft.
